We offer a FREE Meet and Greet Service.  Please ensure your Travel Agent / Lodge are updated with your latest OR Tambo flight arrival times – or send us the details to meet@fedair.com.  
A Federal Air team member will be waiting with a Federal Air signboard printed with your last name as you enter the Arrival Hall (after collecting luggage and passing customs if applicable).  If for some reason you cannot locate them, simply following the map to the Federal Air Kiosk located in the bus terminus past the rental car agencies.  

Our Executive Lounge at OR Tambo is unique in South Africa.  We understand the stresses of international travel and have designed a space that allows you to relax and enjoy the first stage of your African Safari.  We offer free shower facilities, complimentary bar and snack services, free internet and a small boutique shop to assist with the wait.
