Our complimentary Meet & Greet service is available at O.R. Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg).  As part of providing exceptional service to our passengers, our dedicated team of Meet & Greet personnel will assist you and ensure your experience with us is safe, secure and seamless!

If you give us 72 hours notification and all your travel details, one of our team members can meet you at the terminal at International or domestic arrivals at OR Tambo, and transport you to our Premier lounge facility.

Alternatively, our passengers can proceed directly to the Federal Air kiosk located in the shuttle bus terminus.
