Singita
The balance of hospitality, conservation and community is what sets Singita apart, and has been at our core from the very beginning. Since the early 1900s, when the Bailes family first had the vision of what is Singita today, we have been able to share a unique part of the world in a manner which is highly respectful of the natural environment.

Singita also believes in ‘fewer beds in larger areas’: the idea that a minimal number of guests would have little impact on the land and its fauna and flora. This benefits the environment but also makes for up-close, intimate experiences for guests – with numerous opportunities where they can interact with their surroundings and learn more about our conservation principles.

Another important focus of Singita is dedication to our local communities and to assist in generating prosperity and social upliftment. Thus far, a number of successfuldevelopment initiatives have made a significant difference to the lives of many people surrounding our properties.

Situated in the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve, Singita Ebony and Singita Boulders, together with private villa Singita Castleton, are the founding lodges of Singita Game Reserves. Singita Lebombo and Singita Sweni are found along the far eastern reaches of the Kruger National Park, near South Africa’s border with Mozambique.

Embracing Ebony - Restored and Re-Invigorated

After a short closure a restored and re-invigorated Singita Ebony Lodge has just reopened. Singita's flagship lodge, Ebony overlooks the Sand River and is inspired by the original Lewis Camp. Refreshed but true to its original design an authentic, colonial bush experience is represented by bold colours of Africa blended with real antiques, layers and florals that reflect the English heritage of a country home.

Book a minimum of 3 nights at Singita Ebony & receive 50% off the 3rd night (valid through 15 December 2012)

SPECIAL
Introducing our newest offering at Singita Ebony Lodge, the two Lewis Suites present a more affordable accommodation option for families with children or friends travelling together. They are priced lower than the other ten suites as they are positioned nearest the main lodge and are joined by a common wall.

Lewis Suites ZAR 8910 per adult per night with immediate effect.
